St Louis Science Center  (closes at 5:30 pm)

Admission Fee: Free, but charge for Omnimax theater, Discovery Room, etc.  May need to get an Omnimax Ticket online before visit because tickets may sell out.

Museum parking:  $10 at 5050 Oakland Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110 

Parking: Free if you park on a street by the planetarium. Parking near planetarium: google location.  Park on Faulkner drive, then go south to the Planetarium.  Potentially a lot of walking and taking time to search for parking.

Description: The Science Center focuses on hands-on learning with exhibits, experiments and classes showcasing many different kinds of science.  This is a particularly good educational experience for children.  Find life-sized, animated models of a T-Rex and Triceratops, a fossil lab and exhibits on ecology and the environment. . Experience the  Discovery Room for kids, MakerSpace exhibits, the OMNIMAX theater (separate admission fee, $10, $9 if you have a student id) and the Planetarium.
